ARPG (not to be confused with action RPG, as the comments inform me) Path Of Exile 2 will be released in Early Access on November 15, 2024.
Grinding Gear Games has been planning a November release for a while, but this is the first time they've set a date, and they may have clicked on it a few times to show how serious they are. Make a gaming-related verb that I can't name precisely because I've never played beyond that range at the start of the first game, and point it in the general direction of the trailer below. Watch it. Just watch it.

Again, I'm completely lost on Path Of Exile. I know they already sent my brother some kind of upgraded constellation print due to all he spent on microtransactions, which may or may not have been a nice gesture. I don't know how much he spent. The trailer looks nice, though. Very dark. Lots of wolves with too many faces. Plants doing things no plant should do. All the classics.
Dominic Tarason got a hands-on look at the game in… 2019! He fought some nasty mushrooms and a really big worm. Imagine that it’s a pretty interesting read. A time capsule of what six years of development adds up to, if nothing else.
